Peaches and Cream Pie

  1. Mix sliced peaches with sugar, spices and tapioca.
  2. Place in pie shell.
  3. Place shell on a cookie sheet and pour half and half over fruit until shell is 3/4 full.
  4. Bake in preheated 400-degree oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce temperature to 350F (180C) and continue baking for 45 to 50 minutes longer.
