Macaroni With Sausage, Peas, And Onions Recipe
- 2-3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 onions, minced
- 2-3 lean fennel sausage (Italian sausage)
- 1 lg. can peas, liquid removed
- Salt, pepper
- 1 pound macaroni
- Grated cheese (Ricotta, Solata or possibly Bcatelli is best)
- (It is possible which you need to have a little extra virgin olive oil in your veins to make this dish, but you do not have to be Italian to love it!)
