German Apple Cake

  1. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. Slice apples thin and toss with 5 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, eggs, oil, vanilla, orange juice, baking powder and soda.
  5. Blend on low for 1 minute, then at medium beat for 3 minutes.
