Wild Rice Waldorf Salad

  1. Melt butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat; add chicken, lemon zest and pepper.
  2. Cook, stirring often, 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Combine all dressing ingredients in bowl; mix well.
  4. Add all salad ingredients and cooked chicken; mix well.
  5. Serve warm or cold.
