Blueberry Peach Muffins Recipe

  1. Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking pwdr, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl combine egg whites and lowfat milk.
  3. Add in to flour mix.
  4. Add in melted margarine.
  5. Stir just till blended.
  6. Mix in fruit.
  7. Fill paper-lined muffin tins.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
  9. Brush tops lightly with margarine and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  10. This recipe yields 16 servings.
