Stuffing Quiche

  1. Butter sides of a 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Press stuffing into bottom of Baking dish to make a crust.
  3. Bake crust at 350 for 10 minutes or till browned and crispy.
  4. While crust is baking brat eggs in mixing bowl adding milk till fluffy.
  5. Add seasoning.
  6. Toss shredded cheese in flour in a bowl
  7. Pour egg mixture over crust .
  8. Sprinkle in cheese.
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes.
  10. It's done when you poke a knife in the middle and the knife comes out clean.
  11. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
  12. Enjoy!
