Homemade garlic flavored mashed potatoes
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp garlic romano seasoning
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 4 cup water
- 2 large yukon gold potatoes(peeled and cut into quarters)
- Bring water to a boil and add potatoes.
- Cook potatoes until they are soft enough to mash.
- When potatoes are done drain water off potatoes leaving about 1/2 cup of water in the pot.
- Use a fork to mash potatoes
- Add milk, garlic romano, salt and 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Mix all ingredients
- Top potatoes with remaining butter
