Dark Chocolate Delight-Glazed Cheesecake

  1. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottoms of 4 (9-inch) springform pans (or onto bottom of 1 springform pan for trial recipe).
  2. Bake in 325 degrees F standard oven for 10 min.
  3. ; cool.
  4. Pour each pouch of Cheesecake Batter into a separate bowl; stir until creamy.
  5. Pour over each crust.
  6. Bake as directed on package.
  7. Run knife around rim of each pan to loosen cake; cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate cheesecakes several hours or until chilled.
  9. Spread 1 cup DELIGHTS onto top of each cheesecake with an off-set spatula.
  10. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
  11. Cut cheesecakes into 12 slices.
