Homemade Chile Powder

  1. Remove stems and seeds.
  2. Preheat oven to 250F.
  3. Roast peppers for 20 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. Grind in a blender or food processor until they turn to powder.
  6. Do not inhale the fumes or you'll be sneezing and coughing.
  7. This may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  8. The powder can be used straight from the freezer.
