Lite Cheesecake
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. lite or no-fat cream cheese
- 1 c. nonfat sour cream
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 whole egg
- 3 egg whites
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- margarine
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and enough melted margarine to hold the crumb mixture together.
- Press mixture into bottom and sides of spring-form pan.
- Place pan in freezer.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and cornstarch in mixer.
- Add egg and egg whites, then sour cream.
- Pour into spring-form pan. Place pan in preheated oven of 375u0b0.
- Bake for 10 minutes; turn oven to 300u0b0.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Turn oven to 225u0b0.
- Bake for 85 minutes.
- Turn oven off.
- Leave in oven for 45 minutes.
- Take out of oven.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate.
