Lite Cheesecake

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and enough melted margarine to hold the crumb mixture together.
  2. Press mixture into bottom and sides of spring-form pan.
  3. Place pan in freezer.
  4. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and cornstarch in mixer.
  5. Add egg and egg whites, then sour cream.
  6. Pour into spring-form pan. Place pan in preheated oven of 375u0b0.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes; turn oven to 300u0b0.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Turn oven to 225u0b0.
  10. Bake for 85 minutes.
  11. Turn oven off.
  12. Leave in oven for 45 minutes.
  13. Take out of oven.
  14. Cool completely, then refrigerate.
