Sausage And Broccoli Lasagne
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 large onion
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 10 oz. frozen broccoli
- 4 oz. lasagne noodles
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- In skillet, cook sausage and onion.
- Drain off fat.
- Stir in sauce and seasonings.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir occasionally. Cook broccoli until tender; drain well.
- Cook noodles.
- Combine eggs, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and broccoli.
- Layer 1/2 noodles and 1/2 cottage cheese mixture.
- Top with 1/2 Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers except cheese.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
- Uncover.
- Add cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
- Let set 10 minutes.
