Waikiki Meatballs

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, egg, milk.
  2. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into meatballs.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 min.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch, sugar, reserved pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce.
  5. Mix until smooth, then pour into skillet.
  6. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils, about 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in the meatballs and green pepper and pineapple chunks.
  8. Heat through.
  9. Serve over rice.
