Pork Chop Hotdish Recipe
- 5 to 6 pork chops
- 3 to 4 potatoes, sliced very thin
- 1 to 2 cans Scotch broth soup
- Brown chops, slice potatoes.
- Put soup in 9 x 13 pan.
- Add in 1/2 c. of water.
- Add in chops and spread potatoes.
- Cover and bake for an hour.
- Checking to see if more water is needed.
- If potatoes are not thin the cooking time may have to be lengthened.
