Maple-Bacon Waffle Bake

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Place 4 waffles in 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and remaining waffles.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk and syrup until blended; pour over waffles.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. Bake 40 min.
  6. or until center is set and top is puffed and golden brown.
  7. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min.
  8. or until cheese is melted.
