Coconut Chocolate Jumbles
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut (2-2/3 cups)
- 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts, toasted
- Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg.
- Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
- Stir in chocolate, coconut and walnuts.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls, 1-1/2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 2 to 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheets.
- Cool completely on wire racks.
- Store in tightly covered container.
