Fettucini Alfredo The Real Thing

• 1/2 cups Butter
• 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
• 2- 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
• 1- 1/2 cup Parmigiano Cheese
• 2 Tablespoons Cream Cheese
• 1 pound Fettucini Pasta, Cooked Per Package Directions
• 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
• 1 dash Salt

1. Melt the butter in a skillet and lightly saute the garlic.
2. Do not brown the garlic.
3. Add the cream/half and half mixture and bring to a simmer.
4. Add the cheeses and allow to melt.
5. Add salt and pepper.
6. Mix with the cooked (and drained) pasta.
