Chocolate Truffle Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Place chocolate squares in large microwaveable bowl.
  3. Add whipping cream.
  4. Microwave on high 2 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted.
  5. Stir until chocolate melts completely; cool slightly.
  6. Add eggs, sugar and flour.
  7. Beat with wire whisk until well blended.
  8. Pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie plate.
  9. Bake 35 minutes or until outer half of pie is puffed and center is slightly soft; cool.
  10. Serve topped with whipped topping.
