Cornbread Dressing For 25

  1. Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in margarine until soft. Mix bread crumbs with all spices, salt and baking powder.
  2. Beat eggs in mixer until light and foamy.
  3. Add milk to eggs.
  4. Mix together dry ingredients and sauteed vegetables.
  5. Add milk-egg mixture.
  6. Add broth until dressing is soupy.
  7. Pour into baking pan and dribble melted butter over top.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
