Cherry Topped Easy Pie Recipe
- Graham crackers
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 1 c. Cold Whip
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Line 9 inch square pan with crackers.
- Combine pudding mix and lowfat milk in mixer till well blended.
- (2 min).
- Let stand 5 min.
- Blend in Cold Whip.
- Spread half pudding mix on crackers.
- Add in another layer of crackers and remaining pudding.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate3 hrs.
