Lazy Lasagna
- 2 pouches simulated ground beef
- 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Mix 1 can (680 mL) pasta sauce and 2 pouches simulated ground beef.
- In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups reduced fat cottage cheese, 1 1/2 cups Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese and 2 beaten eggs.
- Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spread half the sauce mixture in bottom of dish.
- Top with cottage cheese mixture, 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta and remaining sauce mixture.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil; bake 30 minutes more.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- Top with 1/2 cup more mozzarella cheese just before serving.
