Lazy Lasagna

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Mix 1 can (680 mL) pasta sauce and 2 pouches simulated ground beef.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine 2 cups reduced fat cottage cheese, 1 1/2 cups Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese and 2 beaten eggs.
  4. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Spread half the sauce mixture in bottom of dish.
  6. Top with cottage cheese mixture, 2 cups uncooked rotini pasta and remaining sauce mixture.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove foil; bake 30 minutes more.
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  11. Top with 1/2 cup more mozzarella cheese just before serving.
