Lo Carb Mozzarella Sticks

  1. Put the pork rinds in a bag and crush them so they size of breadcrumbs .
  2. Empty into a bowl.
  3. Unwrap your cheese sticks.
  4. Cut them equally in half.
  5. So this will give you 16 sticks.
  6. Set aside.
  7. In a small bowl whisk the eggs.
  8. I use a sauce pan.
  9. Put enough oil to cover sticks 2-4 cups.
  10. Turn pan on med to heat up.
  11. Take your sticks one at a time dip In egg, roll in pork rind crumbs.
  12. Set on wax paper.
  13. When they are all finished you may place in oil should be hot enough now.
  14. I do it in batches of 4-6 at a time.
  15. Let cook 2-3 minutes take out place on paper towel.
  16. Once your done.
  17. Let cool a little and enjoy.
  18. I love blue cheese and ranch to dip them in.
