Simple Stir-fry Noodles

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package and slice and dice the veg and chicken.
  2. In a wok or frying pan add the chillies and ginger and the chicken.
  3. After 3 minutes add a dash of soy sauce.
  4. Add the bell peppers and apple and stir.
  5. Leave for 5 mins.
  6. Drain the noodles and add to wok.
  7. Stir in the ingredients.
  8. Serve.
