Grilled Steak Caesar Salad

  1. Mix dressing and steak sauce until blended; pour 1/2 cup dressing mixture over steak in shallow glass dish.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate, turning after 15 min.
  4. Reserve remaining dressing mixture for later use.
  5. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Grill steak 6 min.
  8. on each side or until medium doneness (160F).
  9. Meanwhile, heat reserved dressing mixture just until warmed.
  10. Cover large serving platter with lettuce; top with tomatoes and cucumbers.
  11. Cut steak into thin slices; arrange over salad.
  12. Drizzle with warm dressing mixture just before serving; sprinkle with cheese.
