Orange Coconut Bread

• 1 package yeast, active dry
• 2 3/4 cups bread flour
• 2 tablespoons gluten flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 package gelatin, unflavored orange
• 23 cup coconut shredded
• 23 cup carrots shredded
• 1 tablespoon orange zest freshly grated
• 1 tablespoon margarine
• 1 cup water very warm

1. Put all ingredients into bread machine and press "Start".
