Drury Bartol Pork Chops & Zucchini Parmesan Recipe
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 to 6 lean pork chops
- 3 nice green zucchini
- 2 middle-sized onions
- 3 tbsp. Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- In sack put first 5 ingredients, bounce chops in mix.
- In a little oil in a skillet, brown chops on both sides.
- On top of them spread the 2 onions, sliced.
- Add in 1/3 c. water, cover and simmer it on low for 15 min.
- Then add in the sliced but unpeeled zucchini and sprinkle the whole thing with the leftover flour, to that you've added another 3 Tbsp.
- Parmesan and 1/2 Tbsp.
- paprika.
- Do not stir it, but simmer, covered, for another 25 min.
