Greek Vegetarian Pita
- 1/2 whole Wheat Pita
- 1 Tablespoon Cream Cheese, Fat Free
- 1/4 cups Romaine Lettuce, Sliced Thin
- 2 Tablespoons Alfalfa Sprouts
- 4 slices Cucumber
- 2 teaspoons Onions, Diced Small
- 1/4 cups Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 Tablespoon Banana Peppers, Diced
- 2 whole Kalamata Olives, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- 1/2 Tablespoons Balsamic Dressing
- Spread cream cheese inside of the pita.
- Fill the pita with lettuce, sprouts, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, olives and top with cheese and a drizzle of balsamic dressing.
