Sausage and sprout stew

  1. Sautee diced onion with olive oil in large pot
  2. Add chopped carrots and celery
  3. Add cubed potatoes and chicken broth
  4. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, pepper.
  5. Cover pot
  6. Clean and cut sprouts in half
  7. Drizzle olive oil over sprouts.
  8. Season with salt and pepper
  9. Shuck and clean corn
  10. Place sprouts and corn on medium high grill turning regularly.
  11. Remove grilled vegetables once desired color is reached
  12. Place sausages on grill turning regularly.
  13. Remove grilled sausages once desired color is reached
  14. Cut corn off cob and add to pot along with sprouts
  15. Slice sausage into bite size pieces and add to pot along with thyme
  16. Add spinach 10-15 minutes before you serve
