Warming Winter Good for for Your Health Tea

  1. Place the pieces of ginger and the licorice root in a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat; add all remaining ingredients.
  4. Steep 5 to 15 minutes.
  5. Strain, pour into a cup and drink twice a day.
