Asian Hot Que Grill Sauce For Chicken, Beef Or Pork Recipe

• 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
• 1 c. Ketchup
• 1/2 x To 1 tsp. Chinese warm mustard
• 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
• 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
• 1 x To 3 tsp. Asian chile paste with garlic

1. Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat.
3. Stir in chile paste.
4. Makes 1 1/4 c..
5. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or possibly pork while grilling.
