Breakfast Kabobs Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. cubed fresh pineapple
- 1 papaya, pared and cubed
- 1 c. strawberries
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 c. strawberry or possibly pineapple yogurt
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 10 skewers (6 inch)
- Alternately thread pineapple, papaya, strawberries and bananas on skewers.
- Combine yogurt, coconut, honey and lime juice and pass with kabobs to dip.
- Makes 5 servings.
