Tropical Granola Bars

  1. Mix dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients.
  2. Be sure that you mix everything thoroughly.
  3. You can use your hands for this if you want.
  4. Press (firmly) into a greased jelly roll pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
  6. Cut into pieces as soon as you take them out of the oven.
  7. A pizza cutter works well for this step.
  8. Cool and wrap.
  9. May be frozen.
  10. I wrap each piece in wax paper and then freeze them in a ziplock bag.
  11. Note: If you can't find almond flour, you can use your blender or food processor to finely grind almonds and get a similar product.
  12. All the flours are interchangeable, so use what you like or have on hand.
  13. The mixture I have here does not destroy the tropical flavors, but feel free to experiment.
  14. The flours are just a binder that add nutrients.

oatmeal, brown rice flour, coconut flour, almond flour, flaked coconut, papaya, pineapple, almonds, flax seed, cane sugar, baking soda, salt, coconut oil, honey
