Calcium-Packed Rice and Shirasu Pizza
- 1 bowlful Plain cooked rice
- 2 tbsp Shirasu (boiled and dried baby sardines)
- 1 to 5 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 to 2 tablespoons, if you have some Green onion
- 30 grams Melting cheese
- 2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Warm the rice, and mix in the sesame seeds.
- Spread the rice on a piece of cooking parchment paper.
- Put a piece of plastic wrap on top of the rice, and spread the rice thinly using a rolling pin.
- It should be about the size of your palm.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- Peel the plastic wrap off the rice.
- Bring the flattened rice to the frying pan on the kitchen parchment paper, and flip it over into the pan.
- Spread the mixture you made in Step 1 on the rice, and top with green onion and cheese.
- Cook over medium heat.
- When the cheese has melted and the bottom of the rice has browned, turn it over with a spatula.
- Don't move it around until the cheese has browned.
- When the cheese is browned and crispy, it's done.
