Easy Chicken Salad Spread

• 1 12 cups cooked chicken, chopped
• 1 cup chopped apple
• 12 cup nonfat sour cream
• 14 cup green onion, chopped
• cracker

1. Mix all of the ingredients except crackers in a small bowl.
2. Serve with crackers.
