Pan-Roasted Steak Dinner

  1. Pour 1/4 cup dressing over steak in shallow glass dish; turn to coat both sides of steak.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Heat oven to 400F.
  5. Spray large ovenproof nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium-high heat.
  6. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place steak in skillet; sprinkle with pepper.
  8. Place onions around steak.
  9. Cook 3 min.
  10. or until bottom of steak is well browned.
  11. Turn steak over; turn off heat.
  12. Toss broccoli and carrots with remaining dressing.
  13. Add to skillet; mix with onions.
  14. Place skillet in oven.
  15. Bake 18 to 20 min.
  16. or until steak is medium doneness (160F).
  17. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package.
  18. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  19. Place meat on serving plates; top with vegetable mixture.
  20. Serve with rice.
