Prosciutto & Cantaloupe
- 1 Cantaloupe
- 1 packages Italian Ham (Prosciutto)
- Start by cutting the Cantaloupe edges out.
- Cut the Cantaloupe in half and scoop the seeds out.
- Start cutting the cantaloupe in half until you have slices that are about 1 inch wide.
- Cut the skin off.
- Place the the prosciutto slices over the cantaloupe and serve it cold.
- This is a great and refreshing appetizer.
