Prosciutto & Cantaloupe

  1. Start by cutting the Cantaloupe edges out.
  2. Cut the Cantaloupe in half and scoop the seeds out.
  3. Start cutting the cantaloupe in half until you have slices that are about 1 inch wide.
  4. Cut the skin off.
  5. Place the the prosciutto slices over the cantaloupe and serve it cold.
  6. This is a great and refreshing appetizer.
