Field'S Type Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour (all-purpose)
- 2 1/2 c. oats
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 oz. milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- Cream together the first 3 ingredients.
- Add the eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
- Mix all together.
- Add the chocolate chips and pecans.
- Roll into golf ball size balls and flatten slightly.
- Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350u0b0 until light brown.
