Glazed Tuna Or Salmon Burger Recipe

  1. For salmon use 2 c. (1 lb.
  2. can) liquid removed.
  3. Use as part as lowfat milk.
  4. In medium mixing bowl combine tuna, cracker crumbs, onion, pepper, poultry seasoning, lowfat milk and egg mix till well blended.
  5. Form into 4 to 6 patties.
  6. In warm oil in large fry pan, brown patties or possibly both sides.
  7. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  8. Pour over patties in fry pan.
  9. cover; simmer 5 - 10 min till patties are cooked through and pineapple mix has thickened.
  10. Serve warm patties in large buns.
