Impossible Garden Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Layer zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese in the pie pan.
  4. Beat eggs, milk and Bisquick until smooth.
  5. Pour over vegetables.
  6. Bake until golden brown, 30 to 45 minutes.
  7. Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving.
