Blueberry Lemon Crepes Recipe
- 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 1 egg
- 6 tbsp. lowfat milk
- Lightly grease 6-7 inch skillet, heat till warm.
- Beat crepe ingredients together till smooth.
- For each crepe, pour 2 Tbsp.
- batter into skillet.
- Quickly rotate skillet till batter covers skillet bottom.
- Cook each crepe till golden; loosen edges with spatula and turn.
- Cook only till golden.
