Hazelnut Orange Coconut Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon orange zest in bowl.
  3. Cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 20-22 minutes or until light golden brown.
  6. Combine all filling ingredients except coconut, hazelnuts and powdered sugar in bowl; mix well.
  7. Stir in coconut.
  8. Pour over hot, partially baked crust.
  9. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.
  10. Bake 20-25 minutes or until center is set.
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
