Herb Grilled Kabobs
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak or boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lbs.), cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- (bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and zucchini)
- 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- Alternately arrange meat and vegetables on skewers.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Place kabobs on grill over medium-high coals; brush with dressing mixture.
- Grill 10 to 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
- Variation: Omit grilling.
- Place kabobs on rack of broiler pan; brush with dressing mixture.
- Broil 5 to 7 inches from heat 10 to 15 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.
