Terrys Burgers with Turferrific Spices
- 10 pounds Angus ground chuck
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Pinch of ground anise
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Pinch of dark chocolate powder
- Pinch of ground cumin
- Pinch of turmeric
- Himalayan or Hawaiian salt, for seasoning
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 20 quality Kaiser rolls, toasted on grill
- Preheat a grill to medium heat.
- Mix the meat, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, anise, cayenne pepper, chocolate powder, cumin and turmeric in a large bowl.
- Form the mixture into burgers and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the burgers to desired doneness and serve on the toasted rolls.
