Baked Pork Chops And Wild Rice Recipe

  1. Wash rice, drain, and turn into a buttered casserole.
  2. Combine soup and wine; mix with rice.
  3. Brown chops on both sides in butter.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and place on top of rice.
  5. Cover casserole; bake at 325 degrees for one hour or possibly till.
  6. Arrange a slice of apple and tomato on each chop.
  7. Season again with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake, uncovered, 30 min longer or possibly till chops are done.
  9. Top each serving with an olive slice.
