Meat Miso - Even Kids Love This!
- 400 grams Ground pork
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 4 tbsp Miso (We use Hatcho miso)
- 1 tbsp Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Cook the ground pork in a non-stick pan.
- Add the A. flavoring ingredients and mix.
- Pour enough water to cover and continue to cook until the moisture evaporates.
- When most of the moisture has evaporated, the dish should look like this (add minced or grated garlic to taste.
