Exotic Chicken and Pineapple Salad

  1. In a bowl, marinade chicken with lime juice and tabasco for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. In a non-stick pan, heat oil.
  4. Saute chicken on medium heat.
  5. If it's the case, remove the juice that accumulates during cooking.
  6. Salt.
  7. Reserve.
  8. In a big bowl, whip the dressing ingredients.
  9. Add remaining ingredients to salad.
  10. Top with dressing.
  11. Serve cold.
