Egg Nog Ring Recipe

  1. Dissolve lemon jello in 1 c. boiling water.
  2. Add in 1/4 c. cool water.
  3. Measure out 3/4 c. gelatin and mix with egg nog.
  4. Pour into a 6-c. jello mold.
  5. Refrigeratetill set but not hard, about 25 min.
  6. Drain fruits, measuring juice.
  7. Add in water to make 3/4 c. liquid.
  8. Dice pears.
  9. Dissolve raspberry jello in 1 c. boiling water.
  10. Add in measured liquid and remaining lemon jello.
  11. Refrigeratetill thickened.
  12. Add in pears and oranges and spoon onto egg nog-jello mix.
  13. Refrigeratetill hard.
  14. Unmold.
