Egg Nog Ring Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon flavored jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. cool water
- 3/4 c. egg nog
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin orange sections
- 1 (8 ounce.) can pear halves
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. raspberry jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- Dissolve lemon jello in 1 c. boiling water.
- Add in 1/4 c. cool water.
- Measure out 3/4 c. gelatin and mix with egg nog.
- Pour into a 6-c. jello mold.
- Refrigeratetill set but not hard, about 25 min.
- Drain fruits, measuring juice.
- Add in water to make 3/4 c. liquid.
- Dice pears.
- Dissolve raspberry jello in 1 c. boiling water.
- Add in measured liquid and remaining lemon jello.
- Refrigeratetill thickened.
- Add in pears and oranges and spoon onto egg nog-jello mix.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- Unmold.
