deviled eggs
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp mustard paste
- 1 dash salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper crushed
- 1 dash oregano (to sprinkle on top)
- Boil eggs by covering the lid for 6 to 8 minutes on high flame.
- Peel eggs and cut into halves.
- Take the egg yolk out and mix it with mustard paste, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.
- Fill the mixture in egg halves through pipe.
- Sprinkle oregano on the eggs for extra flavor.
