Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes in their jackets.
  2. Drain and let the potatoes cool.
  3. Peel and cut potatoes in small pieces.
  4. Season potatoes well with salt and white pepper.
  5. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  6. Chill for about a half-hour.
  7. Seve on a lettuce leaf.
