Pot Sticker Dumpling Appetizer
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp apple cider vineger
- 3 cup grated carrot
- 1 tbsp oil ( vegan ) or melted butter
- 2 tbsp black vineger
- 2 tbsp finely slice ginger
- 2 cup DYI WARAPPER.. (flour and half cup of water ( knead for 20 minute then shape like a ball and flaten it thinly or
- 12 round shape wan ton /dumpling skin
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 3 tbsp oil
- MAKE FILLING
- in pan with melted butter add filling ingredients for 2 minute then set aside
- SHAPE POT STICKER
- ON wanton skin i put 1 tbsp of cooked filling and wet the corner then clamp tightly and set aside
- TO COOK POT STICKER
- in pan with oil layer pot sticker and fry for 1 minute
- Using a spoon with hot water by springkle on pot sticker then quickly cover lid for 4 to 5 minute till dumpling start to crisps at bottom and water evaporated TIPS******* (dont open cover at this point )
