Provencal Tarts

  1. Thaw puff pastry.
  2. Cut into small squares and place each square into a muffin cup.
  3. Place 1/2 tsp tapenade on each square.
  4. Top with 2 pieces of cherry tomato and feta cheese.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 mintuers.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs.
